Retirement Plans: Drivers are automatically enrolled in a 401k at 4% and can change their contribution at any time. We believe that it's important to help our drivers plan for their future, and our retirement plans are one way that we do that.

Paid Time Off: Drivers receive paid vacation days that accrue annually.

*WA drivers assigned to a WA terminal are awarded paid time off in the form of vacation and sick days on their start date. Drivers may then begin using these paid days off their 90 days of employment. Hourly employees are provided with 10 hours of vacation every 90 days for the first 12 months. Regional drivers receive 3 days of vacation on their 91st day of employment and 5 days after their first 12 months of employment.*

Safety:

Driver safety is our top priority on and off the road. We provide our drivers with ongoing safety training and equipment to ensure that they are able to operate their vehicles safely and efficiently.
