Ashley's NEW Over-The-Road Division

Ashley Distribution Services (ADS) is excited to announce a new Over-The-Road (OTR) division that will be based out of our Arcadia, WI; Advance, NC; Leesport, PA; and Ecru, MS distribution centers!

Our passionate and powerful team values strong relationships with our drivers, in-house associates, and customers. By expanding our route options and career opportunities for professional CDL A drivers, we can provide better jobs and outstanding transportation services to our customers.

OTR Driving Overview

• 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week
• Additional home domicile pass-thrus
• Average $1,560.00 per week
• 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & hook
• Pet & rider policy

Hiring Area

Drivers must live within 100 miles of one of the distribution centers below. This position allows additional domicile pass-thrus depending on hours of service available and load planning.

Pet Policy

We understand that having your dog on the road can be very important to you, especially when running long-haul loads. Ashley is committed to being employee friendly and, above all else, a safe company.  

• A deposit of $250, $100 of which is non-refundable, is required before a sticker will be assigned to your truck. This is a direct payment, not deducted from wages.
• One dog limit, with weight less than 50 lbs., unless an exception is granted at Ashley’s discretion.

Because of the businesses our ADS divisions deliver to, this pet policy applies only to our OTR division and not our regional or local positions hauling Ashley Furniture Freight.
