OTR & Regional

These positions offer weekly home time, 100% no-touch freight, and high weekly miles for those looking to stay out longer. Drivers typically transport full truckloads between warehouses, drop lots, and retail locations.

Our fleet consists of newer, premium vehicles that are well-maintained, providing drivers with a safe and reliable ride. Drivers receive 24/7 fleet support and compliance teams that work with you to make sure they have the right tools and support.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Must be 21 years or older

Local Drivers Get Home Daily!

Local and dedicated positions provide daily home time, consistent freight, and hourly pay for drivers. These positions primarily haul full-truckload shipments of no-touch dry van freight.

• PNW Local
• Shuttle Local
• Yard Management

Drivers must live within 50 miles of the locations to qualify. Pay and shift depend on your hiring area.

Lease Purchase

Truckload Multi-Stop

Earn up to $100,000/year hauling Ashley Furniture freight between distribution centers and local store locations. Stick to regional routes and get home up to 4 days/week, allowing you to spend more time at home. You’ll work closely with and rely on our longstanding customer base to provide consistent, and reliable loads. Drivers are asked to assist in unloading the product in exchange for more home time and significantly higher-than-average earnings!

Must live within 50-100 miles of a distribution center or drop lot to qualify.

Non-CDL A Straight Truck 

As a Straight Truck Driver with our company, you’ll be responsible for delivering Ashley’s high-quality furniture to various locations, as well as unloading at each stop. This added responsibility comes with the benefit of higher pay, making it a great opportunity for drivers looking to earn more money without a Class A CDL.
